Roseby
It is
with over 20 years experience in the youth fashion market, that
Elle Roseby leads the team as General Manager of iconic Australian
fashion and retail brand, Sportsgirl.
Having
worked nearly 10 years in buying and planning roles across various
categories for Myer, she started at Sportsgirl as the Apparel
Buying Manager, a role which she held for 8 years.
Today
she not only leads the head office team, but also 107 stores
nationwide, employing over 1,000 staff.
Elle
also commits her time to coaching tertiary students by
collaborating with RMIT’s school of fashion, textiles &
merchandising on their ‘Young Essentials’ project. This provides
students the opportunity to develop the Sportsgirl project from
design, marketing and visual merchandising concepts.

Rokic
From a
group of 20 street performers at its beginnings in 1984, Cirque du
Soleil is now a major Quebec-based organization providing
high-quality artistic entertainment. The company has over 3,500
employees from over 40 different countries, including 900
artists.
Cirque
du Soleil has brought wonder and delight to close to 60 million
spectators in over 100 cities on five continents. In 2007, Cirque
du Soleil will present 15 shows simultaneously throughout the
world. The company has received such prestigious awards as the
Emmy, Drama Desk, Bambi, ACE, Gémeaux, Félix, and Rose d’Or de
Montreux.
Cirque
du Soleil International Headquarters are in Montreal, Canada, and
has regional offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, Melbourne Australia and
Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Milan
Rokic has been with Cirque du Soleil for six years and has been
responsible for bringing a more integrated partnership focus to the
business. He manages marketing and sponsorship for the entire Asia
Pacific region and the Middle East. Preceding his time with Cirque
he worked extensively in sports management and sponsorship at the
Carlton Football Club. Prior to his work with the Carlton Football
Club, Milan worked with the Wiggles, Michael Edgley and Andrew
Lloyd Webber.

Ben
Wicks
Ben
joined Fosters in 2005 and has worked across a number of icon
brands in the beer portfolio. He was appointed Group Marketing
Manager of VB in January 2006 and is currently leading the business
through a period of accelerated change and evolution on their
flagship franchise.
Ben
holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a major in
marketing. He has 12 years of Australian FMCG sales and marketing
experience with companies including Masterfoods, Carter Holt Harvey
and Fosters Australia and has worked on and managed a number of
iconic Australian brands including VB, Cascade, Carlton, Mars,
Snickers, Starburst and Deeko. He has a successful track record of
generating profitable and strategically sound growth for both
mature and developing brands.
